Androstedienone or love
pheromone: -elicits feelings of caring
A metabolite of testosterone reported to significantly affect the mood of heterosexual women and heighten their sexual responsiveness. Dubbed the "love pheromone" by researchers, it has been shown to alleviate Premenstrual Syndrome ( PMS**) stress, elicit feelings of intimacy and comfort, and increase feelings of caring. Some times it gives negative mood (Jacob and Mc-Clintock, 2000), while some other times it gives positive mood (Jacob et al., 2001).
**Tension, anxiety, irritability, depression, mood swings, and anger, not to mention physical symptoms like irritable bowel syndrome, and cognitive symptoms like difficulty concentrating, can all be caused by the way your body and mind become overwhelmed by out of control premenstrual stress (Dr. Daniel J. Heller- http://www.pmscomfort.com/pms-pmdd-symptoms/pms-pmdd-stress-feeling-out-of-control-overwhelmed.aspx).This symptoms due to PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)).
